It’s been around 4 months since I started pole dancing with Prachi at Helekars fitness studio. Not only is she an amazing pole dancer herself, so strong and graceful, but she’s also an amazing teacher. Her patience, motivation and hardwork towards me has motivated me to push my limits and learn so much in just 4 months. I take solo sessions with her and it’s so meditative. She’s gotten me addicted to pole fitness. I’m so glad I found a great teacher and a friend in Prachi.
At Helekars, I’ve tried functional, hot yoga, pole fitness and pilates.
I particularly enjoy Pilates because it is a low-impact workout that emphasizes on core strength, flexibility, and alignment. Consequently, my energy level remains high throughout the day and over a period of time, I’ve also gained strength and stability. With an undying passion for fitness, my instructor Prachi has really helped me inculcate discipline in my workout regime and has motivated me to push my body to reach my desired goals.
